Sculptures and tapestries

In addition to paintings and drawings, the collection contains some fifteenth- and sixteenth-century tapestries and a small number of sculptures. The three-dimensional works reflect the same approach to art as that apparent in the paintings and include Aristide Maillol's most important work in stone, La Méditerranée. Sculptures by Emile-Antonie Bourdelle, Renée Sintenis and Hermann Hubacher can be seen in the gardens.

Auguste Rodin (1840-1917), Aristide Maillol (1861-1944), Emile-Antoine Bourdelle (1861-1929), Charles Despiau (1874-1946), Otto Charles Bänninger, (1897-1973), Hermann Haller (1880-1950), Hermann Hubacher (1885-1976), August Gaul (1869-1921), Renée Sintenis (1888-1965)
